The Effectiveness of Synchronous and Asynchronous E-Learning Environments in Teaching Writing to Different Personalities

Since the Covid-19 pandemic is affecting new educational environments, synchronous and asynchronous e-learning environments have been integrated into teaching learning process. This study aims to explain how significant students’ achievement taught in writing students with different personalities. The design of this was a quasi-experimental 2×2 factorial design. conducted on eighth-grade at SMP N 2 Mantup. questionnaire written test were carried out by t-test two-way ANOVA. discovered relationship between students' personalities, which influences their ability write recount texts. research showed that an environment effective for introverted extroverted also compared use each personality improving text.
